Join us for a beautification event to "Plant the Parking Lot" on Feb. 15th @ LFM!
There's no "big" or "small" way to participate -- every act of involvement supports our children, teachers, and community. Choose what feels right for your capacity and time. You are welcome here.
We'd love your presence, whether it's once a season or once a month. You don’t need to join the board to make a difference — there are many ways to participate.
Attend Meetings — All parents and caregivers are welcome!
Volunteer at an Event — Help with set-up, activities, or clean-up.
Become a Parent Lead — Help coordinate classroom support and Teacher Appreciation Week. (Please note, Parent Leads are assigned in the early fall. There is one lead per classroom. Please reach out if you need assistance connecting with a specific classroom's parent lead)
Join a Team — Fundraising, Events, or Community Partnerships.
Share Your Skills — Photography, design, grant writing, or connections with local businesses.
If you're unable to volunteer in person, contributions make a meaningful impact.

How Funds Are Used
Parent Committee funds are raised to support parent participation, strengthen community connection, and meet practical needs within the school throughout the year. Funds may be used to reduce barriers to involvement (such as providing childcare during meetings), to host low-cost and inclusive social opportunities, and to purchase items or supplies or support school programs when appropriate. Historically, Parent Committee funds have also been used to help launch or sustain programs that benefit the broader school community when needs are identified. The Parent Committee distributes spending across the year to allow for flexibility, responsiveness to community needs, and responsible financial stewardship.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
We support each other the way our children learn -- slowly, patiently, and with intention. Every hand, every donation, every warm presence builds our shared village.
